How to connect an end cap to a channel body

You will need

  • ACO combination end cap (Art.no. 319288)
  • Cutterknife
  • gloves for your own protection

Connection to an Euroline channel element

Euroline Step 1: Remove section X

Remove the section X on the left and right side with a cutter knife. A small X is noted on that area.


Euroline Step 2: Remove the clip B

Remove the clip B on the left and right side with a cutter knife. There is a small B noted on that area.


Euroline Step 3: Clip on the end cap

Slide the two clips A over the end side of the channel body. Let them snap into place. The end side should fit properly onto the ACO Self Euroline channel at the end.


Connection to a Hexaline (plastic) channel element

Hexaline Step 1: Break off section Y

Break off section Y at the predetermined breaking point. A small Y is noted on the area.


Hexaline Step 2: Remove Clip A

Remove clip A on the left and right side with a cutter knife. A small A is noted on the clip.


Hexaline Step 3: Clip on the end cap

Insert the two clips B into the front side of the channel body- Let them snap into place. The end side should fit properly onto the Hexaline drainage channel at the end.
